Milk
Water
Step 1:
Melt the bar in a small amount of boiling water.
Step 2:
Add milk.
Step 3:
Cook over low heat, whipping gently (with a whisk, i would assume) until heated well.
Step 4:
Don't let it boil! Serve in coffee mug.
