Step 1:
Combine all ingredients in heavy medium saucepan.
Step 2:
Stir over low heat until chocolate melts.
Step 3:
Increase heat and bring just to a boil, stirring often.
Step 4:
Remove from heat and whisk untily frothy.
Step 5:
Return to heat and bring to boil again.
Step 6:
Remove from heat, whisk until frothy.
Step 7:
Repeat heating and whisking once again.
Step 8:
Discard orange peel.
Step 9:
(Can be prepared 2 hours ahead.
Step 10:
Let stand at room temperature.
Step 11:
Before serving, bring just to boil, remove from heat and whisk until frothy.
Step 12:
) Pour hot chocolate into coffee mugs.
Step 13:
